OneGo App to make booking service appointments more convenient
BYD Sime Motors has launched the OneGo App for BYD owners to book service and other aftersales appointments. The platform simplifies the management of vehicle servicing and repairs.
BYD owners only need to download the app, select their registered vehicles then the service type they are booking, enter the current mileage then choose their preferred service centre and service advisor.
The availability of appointment slots is in real-time, eliminating manual booking and waiting for confirmation. Owners can select their preferred date and time slot with instant confirmation at the time of booking. In addition, a confirmation email with details of the schedule visit is sent to the car owner.

Once their confirmation email arrives, the service appointment can be added to Apple or Google Calendar with a single tap. Owners can also check upcoming bookings as well reschedule if plans change. Owners can also review their last service date in the app.
Until 31 December 2026, BYD owners who book their appointments using the OneGo App get a RM50 service discount.
There are 33 BYD aftersales facilities and 16 body and paint centres nationwide as well as an extensive network of 45 sales and marketing outlets.
