Two new high-performance models, the limited-production new BMW M2 CS and the all-new BMW M3 Touring Competition M xDrive.
BMW Malaysia unveiled two new limited-production high-performance models at BMW Clubhouse at Factory 19, Petaling Jaya. Also at BMW Clubhouse was the brand’s latest portfolio during a public showcase from 17th to 19th July 2026.
The New BMW M2 CS (Track-Focused Limited Edition)
Recognised globally as the 2025 AUTO BILD Sportscar of the Year (Compact Sports Cars over €50,000 category), the M2 CS is the lightest and most powerful M2 model built to date.
Performance: S58 3.0-litre M TwinPower Turbo inline-six engine producing 390 kW (530 hp) at 6,250 rpm and 650 Nm of torque (2,750–5,730 rpm). The M2 CS is rear-wheel drive with eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission.
Acceleration & Speed: 0–100 km/h in 3.8 seconds; top speed of 302 km/h via the standard M Driver’s Package (following running-in completion).
Efficiency: Fuel consumption of 10.0 l/100 km (WLTP); CO2 emissions at 226 g/km.
Weight Reduction: Features an exclusive M Carbon tailgate with an integrated ducktail spoiler, M Carbon roof, M Carbon rear diffuser, and carbon centre console, reducing overall weight by approximately 30 kg.
Chassis & Interior Highlights: Lowered Adaptive M Suspension (-8 mm), M Compound brakes in high-gloss red, M sport differential, 10-level M Traction Control via M Drive Professional, M carbon bucket seats, and staggered 19″/20″ Gold Bronze light-alloy wheels on track tyres. Includes a voucher for the BMW M Intensive Training programme.
Colours & Upholstery: Available in Black Sapphire, Brooklyn Grey, and Velvet Blue, with Merino Black leather and M Highlights.
The All-New BMW M3 Touring Competition M xDrive
Marking 40 years of the M3 nameplate, this is the first time an M3 in a Touring (station wagon) body style has been introduced in Malaysia. The model was previously named What Car? Performance Car of the Year 2025 for the second consecutive year.
Performance: 3.0-litre M TwinPower Turbo inline-six engine delivering 390 kW (530 hp) and 650 Nm of torque. The M3 Touring has M xDrive all-wheel drive and eight-speed Steptronic Sport transmission.
Acceleration & Speed: 0–100 km/h in 3.6 seconds; top speed capped at 250 km/h.
Efficiency: Fuel consumption rated at 10.4–10.3 l/100 km (WLTP); CO2 emissions at 235–233 g/km.
Cargo & Usability: Offers 500 litres of luggage capacity, expandable to 1,510 litres, with an automatic tailgate as standard.
Chassis & Interior Highlights: Adaptive LED headlights with Matrix technology, Adaptive M Suspension, M carbon bucket seats, BMW Curved Display (12.3-inch + 14.9-inch) running Operating System 8.5, Driving Assistant Professional, and Parking Assistant Plus with 3D View.
Colours & Upholstery: Skyscraper Grey (with Yas Marina Blue or Silverstone Merino leather) and Isle of Man Green (exclusively with Kyalami Orange Merino leather).
