Quill Body & Paint Centre, operated by Quill Automobiles, has unveiled their precision repair workshop. The centre located in Section 51A in Petaling Jaya will repair BMWs in accordance to BMW standards. These are set out in BMW Group Malaysia’s 360-approach to Premium Ownership – Relax. We Care.

The new Quill Automobiles Body & Paint Centre delivers BMW-certified repair excellence. The workship is 15,625-square foot with an additional 6,397 square feet of office space. It can handle a wide range of repair needs, from minor cosmetic work to advanced vehicle restoration.

The centre has

10 dedicated repair bays
two state-of-the-art spray booths
four fully equipped preparation bays

These support seamless repair flow and quality control. There is also a dedicated Mixing room allows for comprehensive detailing work. A top-of-the-line Car-O-Liner frame alignment system ensures real-time diagnostic accuracy to manufacturer specifications. In addition, a team of 11 trained specialists have the latest BMW-approved tools and diagnostic equipment. They provide a slew of comprehensive vehicle care services that include collision repair, paint restoration, wheel refurbishment, and windshield replacement.

Beyond its physical capabilities, the new Quill Automobiles Body & Paint Centre has specialised infrastructure and technician training in place. As such, the centre is able to undertake electric vehicle repairs, including high-voltage battery systems, carbon fibre components, and advanced material handling.

Besides the official unveiling of their Body & Paint Centre, Quill Automobiles also hosted a series of technical workshops. The sessions were led by a BMW Technical & EV Expert Training Manager and showcased the expertise and capabilities of the centre including advanced BMW repair techniques, the processes behind colour mixing, EV servicing, and how-tos on the latest technologies behind structural diagnostics.
