Ninja Cold now in Malaysia

Ninja Cold, temperature-controlled logistics, is the latest transport service from Ninja Van Malaysia

Ninja Cold, temperature-controlled logistics, is now available in Malaysia. The latest transport service from Ninja Van Malaysia addresses a market gap for safe and efficient transport of temperature-sensitive items. The launch was attended by Minister of Transport, YB Anthony Loke.

The new cold trans service combines advanced technology, operational efficiency, and environmental control for food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, and other perishable items. Key features include:

  • unbroken cold chain: products remain at optimal temperatures throughout every stage of the logistics process
  • extensive coverage: next-day delivery in the Klang Valley and 1-3 day delivery for non-Klang Valley locations
  • cost efficiency: cost-effective solutions by optimising truck space
  • sustainability-focused solutions: Ninja Cold utilises reusable insulated boxes and food-grade cooling plates to maintain temperatures down to -20℃ for up to 24 hours. This eliminates single-use styrofoam and ice packs, and reduces environmental impact.
  • real-time tracking and visibility: real-time tracking and operational transparency

This new service also extends Ninja Van end-to-end logistics services beyond e-commerce to B2B cold chain operations with a seamless service that integrates temperature-controlled solutions within Ninja Van’s logistics ecosystem and includes warehousing, last-mile delivery, and real-time operational transparency. Customers can have confidence that their cold transport supply chain is unbroken.

Current partnerships cover small-scale deliveries to large-scale B2B operations and include Secai Marche, Lee’s Frozen, and Sekinchan Seafood. These collaborations enable the businesses to streamline operations, expand market reach, and demonstrate Ninja Cold’s ability to address industry challenges.
