Mercedes-AMG Malaysia has launched three new models: C 63 S E Performance F1 Edition, GLA 45 S 4Matic+, and the GLB 35 4Matic
Mercedes-AMG Malaysia has added three new performance models to the line-up available in Malaysia.
1. Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E Performance F1 Edition
Derived from Formula 1 and motorsports technolgy, the new Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E Performance F1 Edition combines an a 238bhp four-cylinder engine with an electric motor and AMG high-performance battery on the rear axle for a total output of 680bhp.
The “F1 Edition” features the exclusive and striking Manufaktur alpine grey solid paint finish with a colour gradient exterior design and large AMG logo. There are red trim lines on the sides. The front and rear aprons also add colour accents. Inside, there is an exclusive F1 Edition badge and specific F1 Edition floor mats and F1 logo. The Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E Performance (F1 Edition) is from RM 958,888 (including 10% ST), on-the-road, without insurance. Vehicle delivery to commence from August 2024 onwards.
2. Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 S 4Matic+
The Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 S 4Matic+ has a 421 bhp engine. The compact SUV goes from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds. The compact Performance SUV has been upgraded with design and technical innovations to both the exterior and interior. The distinguishing feature of the exterior is the new front apron and the AMG crest on the bonnet. The new light signature for the multibeam LED headlights and the LED rear lights adds subtle visual accents. The interior features the latest generation of the AMG Performance steering wheel in Nappa leather / microcut microfibre. There are dual 10.25-inch displays and new AMG-specific screen design and an extended range of functions. The MBUX infotainment system has also been upgraded and is now more powerful. 3. Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 4MATIC
The Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 4Matic now has belt-driven starter generator (RSG) and an additional 48-volt on-board power supply. The second-generation RSG functions as a mild hybrid. The high-torque 2.0 liter 4-cylinder turbo engine produces 306bhp with AMG Speedshift DCT 8G transmission and AMG Performance 4Matic all-wheel drive. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is 5.5 seconds with a top speed of 250 km/h. There is a new front apron with Mercedes-AMG logo. The Multibeam LED headlights with Adaptive Highbeam Assist Plus and LED rear lights increase visibility especially at night. In the cabin, the latest generation AMG Performance steering wheel has AMG steering wheel buttons and is covered in Nappa leather. The MBUX infotainment system is also state-of-the-art, with an AMG-specific screen design and expanded functions. The Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 4Matic is from RM 418,888 (including 10% ST).
