#LEGOMYDreamItBuildIt is a Lego Group and Lazada partnership ahead of largest Lego LazMall Super Brand Day on 18 May
#LEGOMYDreamItBuildIt is a social media contest from The Lego Group. The competition runs from now until 18 May, leading up to LazMall Super Brand Day. The contest is to encourage families to build their dream Lego vehicles together, using LEGO bricks from any Lego sets.
To enter, contestants must:
- Take a photo of their dream Lego Vehicles build
- Share the idea behind their design in a post with a caption
- Include the hashtags #LEGOMY and #LEGOMYDreamItBuildIt
- Tag @lazada_my to submit their entries on either Facebook or Instagram
The top three winners with the most creative builds stand to walk away with prizes worth at least RM950. Ten consolation winners stand to receive up to RM450 worth of prizes, courtesy of The Lego Group and Universal Group.
The Lego Group is partnering with Lazada to host its largest Lego LazMall Super Brand Day on 18 May. From a social media building contest (#LEGOMYDreamItBuildIt) and exclusive bundles to gifts with purchase, the 24-hour shopping event invites customers to ‘Dream It, Build It’ by making their dream cars real with Lego vehicle sets.
The competition is to inspire customers to unleash their creativity with Lego bricks of what makes a dream car their dream car.
The Lego Group has teamed up with Universal Products & Experiences this year to feature a series of Fast & Furious-themed and Legovehicle sets for its LEGO LazMall Super Brand Day. There are also exclusive Lego Fast & Furious Starter Kits. Buyers stand to win movie tickets to the latest film in the Fast & Furious Saga, Fast X premiering in Malaysia in May.
The Lego Fast & Furious Starter Kit Bundles consist of:
- a box that unfolds into a play mat
- Fast X T-shirt
- Fast X lanyard
- Lego Fast & Furious Speed Champion set 76917 2 Fast 2 Furious Nissan Skyline GT-R (R34)

In addition, the top three pre-sale spenders who purchased from the pre-sale collection (available 11 May – 18 May, 11:59 PM) on Lego LazMall Super Brand Day will be in the running to win a pair of tickets each to the new Fast X movie premiere happening on 16 May 2023.
The first 250 orders will also get to enjoy the ‘Fast & Furious X-Perience’, free same-day delivery on limited orders. In addition, savings of up to 33% off storewide (exclusions will be applied to new launches). There will also be various pre-sale savings and deals, flash sales and exclusive LazMall Super Brand Day vouchers.
There are also Lego Vehicles themed in-store activations on selected weekend afternoons from 13 April to 28 May in selected Lego Certified Stores, Legoland Malaysia Resort, and Toys“R”Us stores.
If you are interested, register for preferred sessions with the Lego staff or event crew on a first come, first served basis. The vehicles-themed in-store activations will include detailed models of realistic dream car sets.
Participants will get to engage in hands-on interactive play with a Lego Vehicles set. They will also get to try their hand at building a simple Lego car on the spot using the assorted Lego bricks provided. After completing both vehicles-themed checkpoints, participants can redeem a free Lego polybag.
