Volkswagen service centres to open on an appointment basis

VPCM has announced that it will be opening its service centres on an appointment basis.

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced that a majority of its service centres will open on an appointment basis nationwide. The service centres that are opening have obtained permit of approval from the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI).

The service centres will operate on days and times as approved guidelines. Volkswagen owners are advised to contact the nearest service centres to make an appointment.

Owners and frontliners who have signed up with the ‘Welcome Back’ aftersales will receive priority slots depending on availability. All service centres will implement the following and strict precautionary measures are taken to ensure the owner’s health and safety.

  • Regularly sanitised premises
  • Safety screenings and briefings for staff
  • Regular temperature checks
  • Contactless vehicle acceptance
  • Vehicle sanitisation before and after service
  • Pick-up and drop-off agreement with selected dealers

VPCM says that the company would like to assure owners that their safety is a top priority and they can contact trusted Volkswagen service centres for their aftersales needs.
