Auto Bavaria has launched its new first of its kind door-to-door service through the Auto Bavaria mobile app.
Auto Bavaria, the largest authorised dealer for BMW cars in Malaysia has launched a unique way to provide aftersales service for BMW vehicle owners. Through the Auto Bavaria mobile app, all customers need to do is make a booking and the i-Service technicians will drop by within minutes.
Now available for download at Apple’s App Store and Google Play, The Auto Bavaria mobile app enables customers to book their service appointments, check their vehicle history, follow service progress and make payments, all in one app. It also has a special ‘track & chat’ feature to track the location of the i-Service vehicle and chat with technicians to monitor the progress of their vehicle being serviced.
Customers can also direct the i-Service vehicle to a location closest to them within 40 km radius from Auto Bavaria dealerships – to perform scheduled maintenance services including oil change, brake pad change, tyre change, tyre balancing and battery change, saving them a trip to the service centre. Every i-service vehicle is equipped with the latest tools and equipment, manned by experienced and qualified technicians using only BMW genuine parts.

Customers will receive cost estimates, including itemised costs for parts and labour beforehand, as Auto Bavaria says that the company will continue to deliver on their promise of price transparency for its customers to make informed decisions about the maintenance of their vehicles.
For now, the Auto Bavaria i-Service will roll out with three i-Service vehicles to cater customers in Klang Valley within 40 kilometres within the nearest Auto Bavaria dealerships. The company have plans to expand the new i-Service in the near future.
