Volkswagen Malaysia is offering customers vehicle checks. The 5 Star Service Check is to ensure cars are in good condition after months of MCO. It is transparent, fast and free of charge and allows the customer to make informed decisions on any work required.
The service advisor does a walk-around of the car with the customer to review and highlight potential wear and tear and identify any severe issues. The inspection includes the body and paint condition of the vehicle, lighting, brakes, windscreens and windows, wheels and tyres. A discount will be given on selected parts replaced following the check,.
