{"id":44383,"date":"2021-05-11T06:37:25","date_gmt":"2021-05-11T06:37:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/autocarmalaysia.com\/?p=44383"},"modified":"2021-05-18T08:31:49","modified_gmt":"2021-05-18T08:31:49","slug":"reforest-borneo-with-a-bmw-group-financial-services-malaysia-car-loan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/autocarmalaysia.com\/prepro\/2021\/05\/11\/reforest-borneo-with-a-bmw-group-financial-services-malaysia-car-loan\/","title":{"rendered":"Reforest Borneo with a BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia car loan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><em><strong>BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia will donate RM100 for every loan contract they fund for five specific BMW and Mini models<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia is working with a local social enterprise, Animal Projects and Environmental Education (APE Malaysia) to support reforestation efforts in Borneo.<\/p>\n<p>The loan financing arm of BMW Group Malaysia will donate RM100 from all funded contracts from 1 May to 31 July 2021 for the following models*:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BMW 330e M Sport<\/li>\n<li>BMW 530e M Sport<\/li>\n<li>BMW 740Le xDrive<\/li>\n<li>BMW X5 xDrive45e M Sport<\/li>\n<li>MINI Cooper SE Countryman ALL4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The RM100 will contribute to five new trees planted at the Lower Kinabatangan Wildlife Sanctuary. Customers whose contracts enabled the initiative will receive a photo, as well as an e-certificate with the GPS coordinates of their trees from APE Malaysia. The ROAR programme also serves to restore habitat for endangered animals which includes the orangutan and Borneo Pygmy Elephant, as well as to counteract carbon footprint.<\/p>\n<p>BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia has also raised over RM20,500, via BMW Engage, for the upcoming phase of the BMW Safety 360\u00b0 subsidy programme. The third phase of the programme will see over 300 more child car seat subsidies made available for parents in the local B40 community.
