Volvo Car Malaysia launches new 3S Centre in Mutiara Damansara further expanding its retail presence<\/em><\/h4>\n

Volvo Car Malaysia has launched its newest 3S Centre (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) in Mutiara Damansara, with its dealer-partner Ingress Swede Automobile Sdn Bhd (Ingress Swede).<\/p>\n

The event was officiated by the Minister of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs, Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution bin Ismail, and attended by the senior management from Ingress Swede\u2019s parent company, Ingress Corporation Berhad, and representatives from Volvo Car Malaysia.<\/p>\n

Focusing on expanding its retail presence and in line with its new transformation strategy, Volvo Car Malaysia currently has twelve showroom locations across Malaysia with three more locations slated to be opened within this year. The expansion has been instrumental in its sales volume growth.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the premium segment, the product is not the sole factor in the consumer\u2019s purchase decision. What\u2019s equally important is the value, quality, and accessibility of services that they can enjoy throughout their journey with the brand,\u201d said Mr Nalin Jain, Managing Director of Volvo Car Malaysia.<\/p>\n

Mr Jain had been instrumental in the second phase of Volvo Car Malaysia\u2019s new transformation strategy which not only looks at the revitalisation of the brand\u2019s retail presence but also an overhaul of existing technologies, processes, and people.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are looking at incorporating technologies and processes that adds value to our customers\u2019 lives \u2013 like our cars, everything we do must add meaning to the experiences of our customers \u2013 that is how we would like to impress them,\u201d adds Mr Jain.<\/p>\n

The new Ingrese Swede 3S Centre<\/h4>\n

Located in Mutiara Damansara, the new Volvo Cars 3S Centre will feature a showroom and service centre that has been built in adherence to Volvo Cars\u2019 latest retail standard \u2013 Volvo Retail Experience (VRE) \u2013 which communicates the brand\u2019s Scandinavian-inspired values and heritage. Formerly a flagship Proton 3S centre, the newly opened Ingress Swede 3S centre has been renovated extensively inside whilst retaining the building’s original structure.<\/p>\n

Speaking on behalf of Ingress Swede, is its Dealer Principal, Mr Mohd Azeman Mohamed Akram Ab Rahman: \u201cOwing to our extensive experience within the premium automotive sector, we are confident in delivering the brand experience that is expected by Volvo Cars\u2019 customers.\u201d<\/p>\n

This year has proven to be an auspicious year for Volvo Car Malaysia as it noted more than 60 per cent year-on-year growth for the first half of 2019. The brand is expected to continue this positive cadence into the last quarter of this year, supplemented by new products in the pipelines.<\/p>\n

The new Ingress Swede showroom opens from 8:00 am till 6:00 pm, from Mondays to Saturdays, and from 10:00 am till 4:00 pm on Sundays and Public Holidays.<\/p>\n
