Perodua Bezza updated for 2020, now from RM34,600

Two engines, four variants, six colours and new features including ASA 2.0, the Perodua Bezza saloon has been updated for 2020

National carmaker Perodua has updated the Bezza saloon for 2020 with new features and new colours. There are now four variants, the 1.0 G MT, the 1.0 G AT, the 1.3 X AT and the 1.3 AV AT. The 1.0-litre X trim level is no longer offered.

The engines and their respective outputs remain the same. The three-cylinder, 998cc engine in the 1.0 produces 67bhp at 6000rpm and 91Nm at 4400rpm. The 1.3 has a four-cylinder, 1329cc engine that develops 94bhp at 6000rpm and 121Nm at 4000rpm.

New across the range are LED headlights, restyled front grille and bumper, two-tone side skirts, and  rear bumper. The 1.3-litre variants get new two-tone 15-inch 10-spoke alloys. The 1.3 X is now fitted with Vehicle Stability Control and traction control, a feature previously only available in the AV variant. The top-of-the-range 1.3 AV-spec Bezza now has ASA 2.0, Perodua’s Advance Safety Assist 2.0 suite of driver assistance safety systems.

ASA 2.0 consists of Pedestrian Detection (up to 50km/h), Pre-Collision Warning (up to 100km/h), Pre-Collision Braking (up to 80km/h), Front Departure Alert and Pedal Mis-Operation Control.

The Perodua Bezza is offered in six colours. Two are new: Garnet Red (only for 1.3-litre models) and Granite Grey. The other four are Ivory White, Glittering Silver, Ocean Blue and Sugar Brown.

The prices of the Perodua Bezza variants are as follows:

The Perodua Bezza comes with a five-year or 150,000km  warranty, whichever comes first.
