Performance Motors opens new BMW showroom

Performance Motors Limited, BMW’s official dealer in Singapore has reopened their showroom in Alexandra Road following extensive renovations. The first and second floor showroom space now has a larger café for customers, more retail space for BMW merchandise and a completely redesigned service and after sales area, complete with kids’ corner. There is also a new Performance Care app that lets customer book servicing appointments and track their car’s servicing status

Performance Motors has also enhanced the experience with its new Product Geniuses, which are product experts on hand to answer any customer queries on the cars, using technologies like Virtual Production Presentation which allows buyers to fully customise and visualise their new cars to their liking..

Performance Motors has also introduced a new programme, Future Retail, to increase customer satisfaction and improve customer knowledge of BMW products.
