Order books open for all-new Toyota RAV4 ahead of launch

Two variants of Toyota RAV4 offered, starting from RM196,500

The all-new Toyota RAV4 launches in Malaysia later this month. Ahead of that, UMW Toyota Motor has announced the opening of the order book from 10 June 2020.

This is the fifth-generation of the popular SUV. Built on the Toyota New Global Architecture platform, it has won numerous Car of The Year awards since its premiere including the 2019 Japan Car of The Year.

There will be two engine capacities, 2.0-litre and the 2.5-litre, paired with CVT gearboxes. Fitted as standard will be Toyota Safety Sense features such as:

• Pre-Collision System (PCS)
• Lane Departure Alert (LDA) with Steering Assist
• Lane Tracing Assist (LTA)
• Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC) for All Speed
• Automatic High Beam (AHB)
• Kick Sensor Power Back Door

The all-New Toyota RAV4 is covered with full 5-year warranty with unlimited mileage. The 2.5-litre and 2.0-litre are estimated to be at RM215,700 and RM196,500 respectively, after the Sales Tax exemption. These estimated prices are on-the-road (OTR), without insurance.
