New BMW 520i price is on-the-road, before insurance

The new BMW 520i is RM332,800 is on-the-road, without insurance. The locally-assembled saloon is now available in BMW dealerships nationwide.

Premiering at the Malaysia Autoshow 2024, the 520i is the latest addition to the BMW 5 Series line-up.

The four-cylinder 2.0-litre engine generates 208 bhp and 330 Nm of torque. Zero to 100km/h is 7.5 seconds, with a top speed of 230 km/h. The transmission is an eight-speed automatic. The engine now features a 48-volt starter-generator, first introduced in the BMW X7, for smoother ignition and improved fuel efficiency. The claimed fuel consumption of the 520i is 14.7059km/L (WLTP).

Dynamic Financial Programme.

With the Easy Drive Financing Plan from BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia, the new 520i starts from from RM3,881.00 a month. This is based on estimates of an 80% loan on a five-year tenure*. There is a RM10,000 cash rebate for registering for the Easy Drive Financing, available until 30 June 2024.

In addition, there is the Straight-Line Financing Plan – own the car with a monthly instalment plan starting from RM3,942.00 (based on estimates of an 80% loan on a seven-year tenure)*.
