Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus reopens following upgrading works

NZ Wheels the authorised dealer of Mercedes-Benz cars has unveiled their new facility after a major refurbishment, Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus. The dealership also features a Mercedes-Benz Proven Exclusivity centre, the first separate facility dedicated to certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz cars where customers can view and test drive the vehicles available.

A total of RM6million was invested in upgrading Mercedes-Benz NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus, making it compliant with the Mercedes-Benz Presentation System II (MPS II) autohaus concept, the global Autohaus benchmark of customer experience, complete with the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (CI).

With a total land area of almost 320,000 sq. ft. NZ Wheels Klang Autohaus is a full-fledged 3S Centre. The showroom has the capacity to display up to 17 vehicles –three of which are Mercedes-AMG cars at the AMG Performance Centre, and a service centre. The service centre is equipped with 30 work bays, capable of maintaining up to approximately 650 vehicles a month. The Autohaus is managed by around 70 personnel in sales, technical services and spare parts departments, all over a built-up area of 32,000 sq. ft.

Also at the Autohaus is the i-Showroom which has digital touch screens for customers to experience Mercedes-Benz’s products, their features and also sales processes. Mercedes-Benz NZWheels Klang Autohaus is also equipped with a private Star Lounge for a personalised and premium atmosphere. In addition, with this facility upgrade, Service Differentiation is now available – an exclusive range of personalised after-sales services that offers flexibility and convenience which includes pick-up/drop-off of customer vehicles, after-hours drop-off and fast-lane service.
