Honda Malaysia launches HR-V with limited edition Mugen body kit

The Honda HR-V is now available with Mugen body kit. The limited edition model is the third Honda model offered with the Mugen package after the Civic Concept Mugen 2.0, introduced in 2006, and the Concept M models of the Civic and Jazz which were launched in 2010.

The HR-V Mugen can be distinguished by the front under spoiler, rear under spoiler, side under spoiler, tailgate spoiler, sporty decal, and Mugen emblems on the gearbox, exterior badge, front grille and floor mats and is limited to 1020 units, all in the highest spec V trim level.

The SUV is powered by a 1.8-litre naturally-aspirated engine with a CVT gearbox. Features in the top-spec HR-V include six airbags, ABS, electric parking brake, auto brake hold, Vehicle Stability Assist and Hill Start Assist. The HR-V has five star ASEAN NCAP safety rating.

The Honda HR-V Mugen Limited Edition is RM118,800 inclusive of GST, exclusive of insurance. There is a surcharge of RM300 for the latest White Orchid Pearl paintwork.
