Ford Ranger XL Standard

Sime Darby Auto Connexion has launched a new variant of their award-winning Ranger pick-up truck, the Ford Ranger XL Standard

The XL Standard is powered by a 2.2-litre turbodiesel engine which chucks out 123bhp and 320Nm of torque, with 6-speed manual transmission and 4×4 shift on the fly (ESOF). It is capable of wading through water up to 800 mm deep, and has 230 mm of ground clearance.

Safety features include dual front airbags, as well as head restraints and 3-point safety belts on all five seats and ABS and EBD. Driver conveniences provided are reverse sensors, remote keyless entry, side steps, rear cargo load rest, inner and outer truck bed tie downs.

Two colours are offered, Cool White and Meteor Grey, for the Ford Ranger XL Standard which is priced at RM83,588 on the road without insurance in Peninsular Malaysia and RM89,388 in East Malaysia.
