For 2022 the Isuzu D-Max X-Terrain gets additional features

The top of the range Isuzu D-Max X-Terrain has been updated. Four new features have been added to the pick-up truck:

  • illuminated scuff plates
  • wireless charger
  • welcome light
  • 360º around view monitor with selectable 3D guide

In addition to Valencia Orange, there are two new exterior colour options:

  • Silky Pearl White
  • Onyx Black

The Isuzu D-Max X-Terrain double cabin pick-up truck engine-gearbox combination remains unchanged. It is powered by a 3.0-litre turbo-diesel engine which produces 187bhp and 450Nm of torque. The transmission is a six-speed automatic.

Key highlights of the flagship model include the

  • Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connectivity
  • Nine-inch touchscreen infotainment monitor
  • Eight-speaker surround sound audio system
  • Eight-way power adjustable driver’s leather combination seat
  • Automatic dual-zone climate control

The Advanced Driver Assist System consists of

  • Forward Collision Warning
  • Autonomous Emergency Braking
  • Turn Assist
  • AT Pedal Misapplication Mitigation
  • Adaptive Cruise Control
  • Automatic High Beam
  • Lane Departure Warning
  • Blind Spot Monitor
  • Rear Cross Traffic Alert

There is also a long list of safety equipment:

The Isuzu D-Max range has seven years unlimited mileage warranty.

Order books are now open with deliveries beginning mid-July. The price, on-the-road without insurance, is RM146,938.40.
