Book your all-new Nissan Serena S-Hybrid NOW

Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) has opened the order books for the all-new Nissan Serena S-Hybrid which will launch in May this year.

The MPV, like its predecessor, is powered by a 2.0-litre engine paired with a CVT gearbox. Maximum output is 148bhp and 200Nm of torque. The Eco motor has been upgraded for better energy recuperation during deceleration and braking. Fuel efficiency has also been improved and the all-new Serena S-Hybrid now boasts best-in-class fuel economy at 14.2km/L.

New features in the S-Hybrid are led by the Nissan Intelligent Mobility system which includes a 360º view of the vehicle provided by four strategically-mounted cameras, moving-object detection which detects movements from objects around the vehicle and alerts the driver. As before, the sliding doors on both sides can be opened remotely for faster and more convenient passenger access. There are now seven captain seats each with its own USB-powered port.

Safety features have been upgraded and these start with six airbags as standard, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Traction Control System (TCS), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Brake Assist (BA), Electronic Brake Force Distribution (EBD), Hill Start Assist (HSA), and two ISOFIX seats.
