“Because of You” contest by Honda Malaysia: First Two Winners

“Because of You” contest in conjunction with Honda Malaysia’s 25th Anniversary celebrations

The “Because of You” contest results are out. The two winners for October are Mr Chin Boon Hao and Ms Avid Ou Xiao Qian. Mr Chin from Perak won a Honda City Hatchback RS. While Ms Avis Ou Xiao Qian from Sarawak won a Honda WR-V RS.

There are six grand prizes for the contest which is in conjunction with Honda Malaysia’s 25th anniversary. The contest runs from 1 October to 31 December 2025 and the City Hatchback RS and WR-V RS are among the six grand prizes. Mr Chin entered the contest after purchasing a Honda Civic RS while Ms Ou had purchased a Honda CR-V.

There was a special appreciation event for Mr Chin and Ms Ou to receive their respective prizes from Ir. Sarly Adle Sarkum, President & Chief Operating Officer of Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and Mr. Narushi Yazaki, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Honda Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Mr Chin collected his prize himself. However Ms Ou was not able to be present personally. Her husband Mr Liew Jeng Siong collected it on her behalf.

Besides the “Because of You” contest, Honda Malaysia is celebrating 25 years since its establishment in Malaysia. In addition to winning Honda cars, there are also Honda Insurance Plus (HiP) rebates, worth in total up to RM1 million, and several rewards programmes with cash rebates.
