All-new Jetour T1 available in two variants, 2WD and XWD

The all-new Jetour T1 is now in Malaysia. The C-segment SUV is available as a 1.5-litre front-wheel drive, two-wheel drive at RM129,800 and a 2.0-litre all-wheel drive at RM146,800, both prices are nett. Rivals of the T1 2WD are the Honda CR-V Turbo, Jaecoo J7 2WD and Mazda CX-5. Rivals of the T1 are Honda CR-V AWD, Jaecoo J7 AWD and Mazda CX-5 Turbo.

The boxy “modern, urban” SUV is built on a monocoque chassis and is 4,706 mm in length, 1,967 mm in width, and 1,845 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,810 mm. The front suspension is Macpherson Strut while the rear is multi-link.

The1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine that produces 16bhp/170PS/125kW of power and 270Nm of torque and paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Exclusive to the 2WD are18-inch Diamond-style alloy wheels, a 12.8-inch multimedia monitor and an eight-speaker audio system,

Jetour T1 XWD

The 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine and seven-speed dual-clutch transmission with an intelligent all-wheel drive system. Output is 242hp/245PS/180kW and 375Nm of torque. The XWD has seven drive modes and gets19-inch Petal-style alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, front passenger power seat with leg rest, a larger 15.6-inch multimedia monitor and a nine-speaker Sony premium audio system
