All-new Jetour T2 available with a launch package worth RM2000
The all-new Jetour T2 is now in Malaysia. The latest model from Jetour is their third in the Malaysia market, joining the Dashing and VT9.
The C-segment SUV is 4785mm long, 2006mm wide and 1870mm tall with a wheelbase of 2800mm. It’s built on a unibody architecture and has MacPherson struts in front and multi-link suspension at the rear.
The T2 has all-wheel drive capability with an approach angle of 28 degrees, a departure angle of 30 degrees and ground clearance of 220 mm. The claimed wading depth is 700 mm. The alloy rims are shod in 255/60 R19 tyres.
It is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine that produces 245PS, or 241hp, and 375Nm of torque, paired with seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. There are seven drive modes, normal, economy, sport, snow, mud, sand and rock. In addition, there is intelligent all-wheel drive which automatically adapts to changing terrain conditions to maximise traction and stability.

The ADAS Level 2 features earn the Jetour T2 a five-star ASEAN NCAP safety rating.
Front headlights are LED with the word “Jetour” in illuminated letters across the the grille between the lights. The front fog lights are LED cornering lights. At the back, the tail lights have a distinctive light ray design with the spare tyre mounted in a box on the tailgate which has electric suction to counterbalance the weight when opening or closing.
Inside the infotainment monitor is 15.6-inches with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. There is a voice assistant that responds to “Hello, Jetour” to adjust features such as navigation, climate and media. Other features are a 50W wireless charger and Sony 12-speaker premium audio system.
The seats are leatherette. The driver and front passenger seat have welcome and memory function and cold ventilation. The driver’s seat is six-way power adjustable with four-way lumbar adjustment. The front passenger seat is four-way adjustable but there’s no lumber adjustment. There’s also a panoramic sunroof and multi-colour ambient lighting. The rear seats are foldable, expanding the boot from 580L up to 1494L.
