All-new Toyota Innova Zenix available as either petrol or petrol-hybrid electric vehicle.
The all-new Toyota Innova Zenix crossover is now in Malaysia. Built on the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) platform, the Innova Zenix is a completely different vehicle from its predecessor, the Toyota Innova, which has a body-on-frame chassis. The Innova Zenix has a monocoque chassis. Another difference is that the Innova Zenix is front-wheel drive while the Innova is rear-wheel drive.
The Innova Zenix has an overall length is 4760mm. The width is 1850mm while the wheelbase is 2850mm. It is marginally longer and wider than the Innova which is 4735mm long and 1830mm wide with a wheelbase of 2750mm although they are the same height, 1795mm.
Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 (TTS3.0) debuts in the Toyota Innova Zenix. Features include:

There are two variants, a petrol and also a petrol-hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). Both have a 2.0-litre engine. In the petrol, output is 171bhp with 205Nm of torque . In the HEV the combined output is 183bhp with 206Nm of torque. The petrol is paired with a CVT gearbox while the hybrid electric has an e-CVT.
The headlights are LED protector while the rear tail lamps are LED. There are also LED daytime running lights and LED foglights.
Inside, The digital instrument cluster is on a seven-inch colour TFT display while the infotainment system is a 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen monitor. There is wireless Apple CarPlay but Android users have to wait. There is also a 3D panoramic view monitor.
The Innova Zenix has three rows of seats. The hybrid is a seven-seater with Captain seats in the second row while the petrol is an eight-seater with 6:4 split seats in the second row. In both variants, the driver’s seat has eight-way power adjustment which the front passenger seat is manual adjustable. Upholstery is black leather.

The all-new Toyota Innova Zenix comes with five years unlimited mileage warranty. In addition there is an eight-year unlimited mileage warranty for the battery, inverter and Power Management Control ECU in the hybrid electric variant.
