Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 launched alongside Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance and Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 4Matic with preview of Mercedes-Benz CLE 300 4MATIC Coupé

The Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 is now in Malaysia. The top-of-the-Mercedes-Maybach range SUV has vertical chrome bars and Maybach lettering on the radiator grille with Maybach pattern on the chrome air inlet covers. There are also 23-inch Maybach multi-spoke forged wheels.

The all-wheel drive Maybach GLS 600 is powered by a 4.0-litre, eight cylinder engine which produces 557bhp and 730Nm of torque. It has nine-speed automatic transmission. The zero to hundred kilometre sprint takes 4.9 seconds.

Full Advanced Driver Assistance Systems is provided along with Airmatic package, E-Active Body Control, Multibeam LED, panoramic sliding sunroof, Magic Vision Control and power closing. In addition, the vehicle is equipped with Guard 360 ° Vehicle protection Plus and Driving Assistance Package

Also making its debut in Malaysia was the Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance. The performance saloon has a 4.0-litre, 790bhp, 1430Nm, V8 engine which accelerates to 100km/h in 3.3 seconds with a top speed of 290km/h.

For handling stability, the AMG S 63 E Performance has AMG Ride Control, air suspension, AMG Active Ride Control roll stabilisation and active rear-axle steering.

The seven-seater -Benz GLS 450 4Matic gets an update with a new radiator grille, four louvres galvanised in Silver Shadow, revised bumper and underguard and 22-inch AMG multi-spoke alloys.

Inside, there is a new generation MBUX system as well as MBUX High-End Rear Seat Entertainment System, two fully integrated, 11.6-inch touch displays.
