NextGen Malaysia is a multi-partnership event on sustainability and future mobility
BMW Group Malaysia hosted NextGen Malaysia in partnership with Malaysian Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and Siemens Malaysia, alongside Samsung Malaysia Electronics and Glenfiddich by William Grant & Sons.
At the event, BMW Malaysia launched three electric vehicles, the BMW iX, BMW i4 and the BMW ix3.
YB Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, Minister of International Trade and Industry (MITI) officiated the opening of the three-day event on sustainability and electrified mobility
BMW Group Malaysia and its partners, MGTC, TNB, and Siemens Malaysia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to further develop the ecosystem and infrastructure for Electric Vehicles in the country.
The aim of NextGent was to showcase sustainable innovations with exhibitions by Sunway XFarms, Circular Future and KUALESA.
Samsung was the official screen partner. Attendees had the opportunity to explore Samsung televisions which ranged from The Frame Lifestyle TV to the latest Neo QLED 8K displays.
NextGen Malaysia took place at the NEXTGen Pavillion @ Mandarin Oriental KL from Thursday 13 January to Saturday 15 January 2022.
