Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia is offering the Tiguan with six months free instalments for all Tiguan units registered by 30 June 2020. The Tiguan was Volkswagen’s best-selling model in 2019. In addition, customers who place their booking on the Volkswagen eShowroom will get a RM4000 rebate. They may also have their brand new SUV delivered to them with Volkswagen Home Delivery Service if they live within 20 kilometres of the dealership.
The Tiguan has a 1.4-litre engine and six-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Output is 148bhp and torque of 250Nm between 1,500 to 3,500rpm. Fuel tank range is approximately 800 kilometres in-between refuelling.
There is a Digital Cockpit. This features a high-resolution display with a three-view customisable screen accessed via the infotainment. There are over 30 combination options.
Safety features include six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Multi-collision brakes, Intelligent Crash Response System (ICRS), Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) as well as hill-hold control. The Tiguan also comes fitted with App-Connect via MirrorLink, Android Auto and Apple Carplay.
